Company Management

While all companies are judged by their past ability to perform, it is also important to recognize that often managers and key employees bring their own extensive resume of accomplishments. At Coleman, we are no different, as a company, we have accomplished our share of successes in heavy civil contracting, environmental contracting, vegetation management, and large-scale sampling and oversight projects. In the end, a company is only as good as its people it begins at the top with our senior management team. Our senior management is supported by an experienced roster of skilled heavy equipment operators, Hazwoper trained techs and laborers, and a responsive administrative and office team. In total, Coleman Environmental Engineering’s experienced team allows us to perform at a much higher level than other contractors of our size.

Our Core Values

HIRING THE RIGHT PEOPLE

At Coleman Environmental Engineering, we believe success starts with putting the right person in the right role. Our strength is built on qualified, hardworking, and dedicated professionals who take pride in delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality work. We employ individuals with advanced degrees, industry certifications, and specialized field experience across forestry, environmental, and infrastructure services. Most notably, we are proud to maintain one of the largest groups of Tree Risk Assessment Qualified (TRAQ) Arborists in the Industry —ensuring every inspection, prescription, and recommendation is backed by proven expertise, sound judgment, and a commitment to protecting people, property, and the environment.

SAFETY – QUALITY – PRODUCTION

At Coleman Environmental Engineering, every project is guided by three priorities—Safety, Quality, and Production, in that order. Safety is always first. No schedule, budget, or deliverable outweighs the responsibility we have to protect our people, our clients, and the communities we serve. When our teams operate safely, they perform with clarity and confidence. Quality comes next because the work must be done right the first time—thorough inspections, defensible documentation, and professional execution backed by certified expertise. Production follows as a natural result of safe, high-quality performance. We believe true productivity is built on disciplined processes, strong leadership, and a culture where doing it right matters more than doing it fast. Our mindset and culture are what drives and every decision in the field. Stay rooted in safety–one branch at a time

CUSTOMER CENTRIC CULTURE

We are a client-focused organization that puts the needs of our customers first and understands the value of actively listening to our client’s needs. To us, this is not just something we say or do–it is part of who we are and how we act. We take pride in doing what is best for our customers every day because it leads to an exceptional experience, which strengthens loyalty and creates growth opportunities. Customer-Centric Culture does not mean being nice for the sake of it. It means thinking about others before yourself so you can create value together by understanding your customers better than anyone else does.

OUR COMMITMENT TO THE ENVIRONMENT

Our work takes us into the thick of the changes affecting our environment. When we think about social responsibility, we don’t just look at the environmental impact of our actions. We also consider how they affect our communities and customers.

We live by these values every day as individuals, teams, and an organization. They guide us when making decisions around product strategy, culture building, hiring practices and more. They are a compass that helps us navigate in whatever direction is right for the company—even if it means changing course along the way.
