Safety is one of our core values; this is why Coleman partners with ZOLEO to keep our field employees connected no matter where they are. With their GPS two way communication products, ZOLEO helps us remain compliant and safe on the most remote jobsites.

At Coleman we believe in continuing education and training to avoid complacency. This is why we partner with Butte College and trust them with our Employee Training Program and to train our new employees. They offer industry recognized Pre Inspection training for utility vegetation management and our office staff can benefit from their rigorous computer training program.

Coleman is a proud member of Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA). We use TCIA’s trainings to keep our staff sharp and safety ready. We like to have Certified Treecare Safety Professionals (CTSP) in all our divisions to build a strong culture of safety. Our membership allows our employees to benefit from exclusive discounts on all trainings offered by TCIA. Our membership is a badge of honor, showing our clients our commitment to this industry.

Coleman believes in giving back, giving back to the communities and supporting the ones that need us the most. We have been honored to support the Community Cancer Fund during their Showcase fundraising in Coeur d’Alene, ID. Come meet us there every year.
